Returns and Refunds
We will gladly offer a refund or replace an item at no additional charge if any item is found to be defective or if we have made an error with an order. If an item is returned because it does not fit correctly or for any reason beyond our control, there will be a $7 restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges. All returns must include the original packing slip and any information pertaining to the return. We cannot exchange or give refunds on personalized items or on items that have been worn or laundered. Back Orders
Items shown on the website are in stock. We do not accept backorders. Should you purchase a quantity greater than the in stock quantity or a count is found to be wrong, you will be contacted regarding a substitution or deletion from your order.

* Order Online - Orders placed online will ensure the quickest order processing. You will receive an Order Confirmation via email as well.
 
*Order by phone - Call 888-DWPROMO to order.
 
Shipping
Shipping and handling to be billed at the close of the order based on weight of item(s) and delivery location. Shipping charges apply to Continental US orders only. Orders shipped outside the Continental US will be charged actual cost to ship plus $25 handling fee. Customer will also pay duties and taxes at time of delivery. If not paid at time of delivery, HiCORP will charge to credit card used at time of order.
 
Lost or Damaged Packages
Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless expedited shipping method is requested.
Shipments do not require customer signature upon delivery.
To request signature of delivery or to add insurance to your packages, notate such in "Special Instructions" upon checkout.
 
* Lost packages - Please contact us within 30 days of tracking delivery date to file claim with UPS. Orders will be replaced upon UPS approval of claim and receipt of UPS reimbursement.
 
* Damaged packages -  Please contact us within 15 days of tracking delivery date to file claim with UPS. Orders will be replaced upon UPS approval of claim and receipt of UPS reimbursement.
