RETURN POLICY
HiCORP's goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that we have exceeded your expectations.
If for any reason an item is defective or an error has occurred with your order, we will promptly refund or replace the item.

If you wish to return an item because it did not fit correctly, or for any reason beyond our control, please complete your return within 30 days of the original order date. All returns must include the original packing slip and any information pertaining to the return. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees that apply.

We are unable to exchange or give refunds on personalized items or on items that have been worn or laundered.

Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY
For any lost or damaged package, please contact HiCORP within 15 days of the tracking delivery date to file a claim. Orders will be replaced upon approval of claim and receipt of reimbursement from the shipping carrier.
